Requirements for the position of UI/UX Designer (ref. 003/2025):
- Interface design experience - Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile and web applications, knowledge of tools such as Figma, Adobe XD.
- User research and prototyping - Ability to conduct user research, wireframes, prototypes and usability testing.
- Understanding of UX and accessibility principles - Knowledge of UX principles, Nielsen heuristics, design trends, and ability to collaborate with developers in project implementation.
