In the previous model, many activities were performed manually, resulting in high time-consumption in handling partners. Different contractors used different contact channels, and the exchange of information was mainly done by phone and e-mail. There was a lack of a single place to check the current status of an order, availability of goods or download marketing materials. This generated additional costs and the risk of errors.

Great emphasis was placed on the intuitiveness of the interface - the system is used by both experienced distributors and smaller contractors, for whom simplicity of operation was key. Internet Stars created a dedicated Starkhouse B2B Panel with the main goal of centralizing processes and creating a professional online platform for business partners. The system was built on WordPress and PHP, which allowed to maintain high flexibility, ease of integration with external tools and simple administration for the client's team.
In addition, we implemented a content marketing system to publish articles and guides on fire safety. As a result, the store has become not only a sales outlet, but also a source of knowledge and an educational platform for individual and institutional customers.
