The Starkhouse project was developed in response to the growing needs of a company involved in the manufacture and sale of modern carports - that is, carport canopies, which are increasingly part of smart homes and modern construction projects. The client needed a system that would streamline the daily work of the sales team and business partners, allowing efficient management of orders, materials and the customer base.

In the previous model, many activities were performed manually, resulting in high time-consumption in handling partners. Different contractors used different contact channels, and the exchange of information was mainly done by phone and e-mail. There was a lack of a single place to check the current status of an order, availability of goods or download marketing materials. This generated additional costs and the risk of errors.

The panel provides, among other things:

  • Access to the full product range with technical specifications,
  • The ability to place orders and book products in real time,
  • User and privilege management system (different levels of access for partners),
  • integration with the company's back office, which streamlines logistics and accounting processes,
  • space for downloading sales and marketing materials (catalogs, photos, instructions).

Great emphasis was placed on the intuitiveness of the interface - the system is used by both experienced distributors and smaller contractors, for whom simplicity of operation was key. We designed the whole system in such a way that the panel could be expanded in the future with additional modules, such as a price calculator for investments or a carport configurator with elements of the

Internet Stars created a dedicated Starkhouse B2B Panel with the main goal of centralizing processes and creating a professional online platform for business partners. The system was built on WordPress and PHP, which allowed to maintain high flexibility, ease of integration with external tools and simple administration for the client's team.

In addition, we implemented a content marketing system to publish articles and guides on fire safety. As a result, the store has become not only a sales outlet, but also a source of knowledge and an educational platform for individual and institutional customers.

Project outcomes:

  • Increase in online sales in the first months after implementation by more than 120%,
  • Significantly reduce order processing time through process automation,
  • Increase the visibility of the store in search engines (TOP10 for more than a dozen key industry phrases),
  • The ability to scale the business and add new product lines.

The Fire Shop project shows that a properly designed e-commerce system can become not only a sales channel, but also a strategic business tool that builds a brand's position in the market and supports long-term growth.
