Automation
Your systems have the data. Let's connect them into a working process.
When applications don't exchange information, an employee becomes the integration. We design API connections that pass data between systems, enforce agreed rules and show when someone needs to step in.
Scope
A connection your process can rely on
Let systems exchange data without an employee in the middle
You have an application, a CRM, a finance system and several tools supporting everyday work. Each of them may work well, but as long as they don't exchange information, someone has to fill in data in several places. We build API integrations, that is, connections that allow systems to pass on information and trigger actions. We agree what should happen when a customer is created, a status changes, a payment is received or another important event occurs.
With an integration, new information can reach the next tool without waiting to be retyped. Your team works on agreed data, and the process depends less on any one person's memory. We connect both existing solutions and applications built specifically for your company. Before we start, we check what the providers allow, so we can propose a scope that can be implemented and maintained in real conditions.
Open your product to partners and new uses
Your own API lets you make selected capabilities of your product available to other applications. A partner can fetch your offer, submit orders, check statuses or use a specific function in their own system. This makes it easier to embed your service in your customers' daily work and to set up new models of cooperation. We help you decide which data is worth sharing and which operations partners can carry out on their own.
We design the information structure, the way access is granted and the rules for using the interface. We prepare documentation so that other teams can understand the integration without reconstructing how it works by trial and error. We also take product development into account: changes to the range of functions, new fields and support for different versions. You get a technical foundation for building partner relationships, without having to create a separate solution from scratch for every new connection.
Keep the process running even when something goes wrong
Data exchange has to account for failures and system limitations. The same message may arrive twice, a response may be delayed, and a provider may limit the number of operations available. We design how the integration behaves in such situations: processing order, retries, duplicate control and notifications. This way, the connection is ready for everyday conditions, not just the ideal scenario shown in the documentation.
We set up the event log needed to track down problems and agree how monitoring will work. At launch we test both successful operations and the agreed error cases. We hand over a description of how it works, so it is clear which data is sent and how to deal with an interrupted process. As part of ongoing cooperation, we can adapt the integration to changes on the providers' side. Your company gets a connection whose operation can be checked and developed as your business needs grow.
Process
From documentation to a stable data flow
System capabilities
We review the documentation, access, limits and test environments.
Data contract
We agree the fields, identifiers, directions and update rules.
Building the connection
We implement authorisation, mapping and handling of operations.
Failure testing
We check invalid data, retries, duplicates and service unavailability.
Launch and oversight
We hand over the documentation and set up integration monitoring.
FAQ
Questions before you start a project
Don't see your question? Write to us - we'll be happy to answer.
Can any two systems be connected?
Not always. There has to be an available and permitted way of exchanging data. Before quoting, we check the documentation, permissions, limits and provider terms.
What if one system has no API?
We look at other options, such as a controlled file import and export. We don't promise full automation until we have confirmed an available exchange route.
Who is responsible for the integration after a provider changes its API?
We agree the rules for maintenance and responding to changes as part of the scope of cooperation. Documentation, monitoring and tests help detect when the connection needs updating.
What else we can combine with this project
Which two systems should finally start working together?
Tell us their names and describe what data they should exchange. If you have API documentation, attach it to your enquiry.
