E-commerce

The order lands in your shop. It shouldn't end up in Excel.

We connect your sales platform with the systems that handle the rest of the order. Prices, stock and statuses flow according to agreed rules, and your team deals with exceptions instead of retyping data.

Scope

Connect sales with your back office

E-commerce

Products, prices and stock

We define the data source and synchronise the catalogue. We take into account variants, product identifiers and the rules for updating availability.

E-commerce

Orders and customers

We pass orders to your ERP or CRM. We map payments, discounts and buyer data so that further handling has the context it needs.

E-commerce

Shipping and documents

We connect the agreed stages with logistics and invoicing. The fulfilment status can return to the shop and be visible to the customer.

E-commerce

Synchronisation control

We implement an error log, retries and notifications. Your team can see which order or update needs checking.

Let the data travel with the order

Every new order triggers several actions: checking the payment, preparing the goods, issuing a document and booking the shipment. If a person moves information between systems, the number of manual tasks grows with sales. We connect the shop with the tools responsible for further handling. We agree what data should be passed on and when, so that the next people in line can do their part straight away.

The integration can send orders to your ERP, update information in your CRM and return the fulfilment status to the shop. Your team doesn't have to recreate the buyer's details, the product list or the chosen delivery method every time. We also design how exceptions are handled, such as missing data, an unusual discount or a cancelled order. This way automation covers the way you really sell, and problem cases stay visible to the people who should deal with them.

Keep your offer consistent in the shop and the warehouse system

Different prices and out-of-date stock levels can cause problems before order handling even starts. A customer buys a product that has run out, or sees a different offer from the one the sales rep sees. We organise data sources and build synchronisation of the catalogue, variants, prices and availability. We define which system is responsible for each piece of information, how often it updates it and what should happen if an update fails.

We take into account how products are identified, multiple warehouses and stock reservation rules, if they are part of your process. With several sales channels, we help you agree common rules for exchanging data. Your offer can be updated from one agreed source instead of needing a separate correction in every place. This makes catalogue management easier and reduces situations where your team has to explain discrepancies to a customer after an order has been placed.

See integration errors before an order goes missing

A connection between systems should also be ready for a temporary outage, incorrect data and changes on the provider's side. We design a log of completed operations, retry rules and problem notifications. You can check whether an order has been passed on, what stopped the synchronisation and which action needs intervention. This makes running the shop easier, especially when orders come in outside your team's working hours.

We test not only a successful purchase, but also agreed scenarios for returns, cancellations and resending data. We match the way information is exchanged to the capabilities of the platforms and your business requirements. Some data can update after an event, and some at set intervals. You get a connection with documented operating rules and a basis for ongoing maintenance. As your shop grows, we can add more channels and systems to the same process.

We define the direction, frequency and source of truth for the data.

Mapping

We match products, prices, statuses and customer identifiers.

Order testing

We test standard purchases, cancellations and error responses from systems.

FAQ

Questions before you start a project

Don't see your question? Write to us - we'll be happy to answer.

Will data be updated in real time?

It depends on what the systems can do. We can use events or scheduled synchronisation. We agree the required update speed separately for prices, stock and orders.

What happens if the ERP stops responding?

We design error handling and retries in line with what the systems allow. Failed operations should be visible so that your team can respond.

Will the integration handle returns and cancellations?

It can include them, but they need separate rules. We agree their impact on statuses, payments, stock levels and documents, and then test these scenarios.

What else we can combine with this project

Which data does your team retype after every order?

Give us the name of your shop and the systems it needs to work with. Describe the most common problem with your data flow.
