Internet Stars receives ISO 9001 certification

Internet Stars has been certified for compliance of its quality management system with ISO 9001:2015. For us, it is an important confirmation of the way we organise project work and grow the company.

Building apps, automations and AI solutions takes more than good code. It also takes an understanding of the client’s needs, a clear split of responsibilities, control over each stage and learning lessons once the work is done. We want working with IS to be predictable even when a project is complex or changes along the way.

ISO 9001 sets out the requirements for a quality management system. The certificate covers how an organisation manages its work — it is not a promise that a project will never run into a problem. For us, it means a commitment to keeping our processes organised, checking how well they work and improving them continuously.
