A B2B panel for a company that makes and sells modern carports - one place for the sales team and business partners.

What the project was about

Many tasks were done by hand, and information was exchanged with trade partners mainly by phone and email. There was no single place to check an order's status or product availability, or to download marketing materials. We built a dedicated B2B panel that centralises these processes and gives trade partners a professional online platform.

Starkhouse manufactures and sells modern carports, car shelters that are increasingly part of smart homes and modern construction projects. The client needed a system to streamline the daily work of the sales team and business partners: managing orders, materials and the customer base. Serving partners the old way was time-consuming and generated extra costs and a risk of errors.

We built the panel on WordPress and PHP, which gives high flexibility, easy integration with external tools and simple administration for the client's team. Integration with the company's back office streamlines logistics and accounting, and partners download catalogues, photos and instructions from the panel. We designed it so that new modules can be added in the future, such as a price calculator for projects or a carport configurator.
