An integration of the Pan Drwal shop with IdoSell and Firmao that connects e-commerce with CRM and makes managing orders and customer data easier.
What the project was about
We started by analysing the shop's needs and the data sync between IdoSell and Firmao. We planned automatic order transfer and stock level updates, and the APIs of both systems ensured a smooth exchange of information. After launch we tested the sync of orders, products and customer data.
The integration supports managing online sales: orders are processed automatically, and customer and product data syncs between the shop and the CRM. The final version increased operational efficiency and improved the user experience, letting the company focus on developing its range and building customer relationships while keeping service quality high.
