SoDA Conference 2025

The conference will take place under the theme “NEW REALITY: Adaptation & Resilience”. We will talk about how, like a chameleon, to adapt effectively to changing market conditions – from cost optimisation to introducing new business models that respond to rapidly growing client needs. We will also look at labour market challenges: managing teams, developing leaders and meeting employees’ expectations in the demanding reality of the IT industry. During the event we will explore growth strategy – funding, expansion into foreign markets and the impact of global macroeconomic trends on the future of IT. There will also be discussions about the key role of data in business, security in the digital world and modern technologies, such as AI and other breakthrough technological solutions.

What awaits participants?

• Day 1: SoDA Day This is a unique day dedicated to SoDA member companies. The plan includes inspiring talks, intensive networking and… a few surprises!
• Day 2: Open day On the second day we welcome everyone – both members and guests from outside SoDA. The day will include the presentation of the SoDA Awards - we will recognise the best projects and initiatives in the IT industry.
