A digitalisation plan for the KOLEKT courier company: parcel handling, courier work and billing connected through a CRM, a transport system and automation.
What the project was about
Orders came in by email, phone and WhatsApp, and drivers got paper address lists. We analysed the work of the office, dispatchers, couriers and the sorting hub, and designed an architecture that connects a CRM, a transport management system with a courier app, and automations.
