An interactive training platform that builds AI skills among Urząd Miasta Tarnowa employees.

What the project was about

We started with a workshop with office representatives, developed materials on artificial intelligence and built two interactive courses on an LMS platform. The courses covered writing official letters and creating graphic materials, and the content was based on ChatGPT and Midjourney.

The platform supports the development of public administration towards digitalisation and effective use of artificial intelligence. Public office employees should use the same solutions as the business world: this helps them work more efficiently and develop their skills. The system lets them build knowledge step by step, through interactive modules, knowledge tests and practical scenarios of using AI in public administration. Employees choose a course and manage their profile, and based on the collected data the office can organise additional training.
